By editing the subscription, you can manage subscriptions and user’s licenses.
- Login to Spacework and from the left hand side bar click on Admin.
Click on Billing
Click on Manage Subscription
Click on Edit button next to the desired subscription
- You can click on the Delete Button to cancel the subscription
- Once you cancel your subscription, you will have a grace period to reactivate until the next billing cycle.
- Once the subscription passes the grace period, the subscription will no longer be able to be reactivated, please add a new subscription
- You can click on Reactivate button on subscription that you have cancelled that is still within the grace period.
Edit subscription to your desired setting
- You would need to remove user license to reduce User Count on the subscription
